"You Knead Me: How To Massage Your Partner's ___ In 10 Easy Ways" video eBooks on Amazon: http://amzn.to/UweK5c

I can't believe this Thursday is already Thanksgiving. It's best not to overeat but I know sometimes temptations win. So for those of you who may overeat including myself, I'm going to show you three acupressure points that are good for heartburn, acid reflux, bloating from gas and indigestion.

P6 -- It's located inside of the wrist two and a half finger widths from the wrist crease. You can press this point for one minute as you breathe deeply. Use a hooked thumb for a firm pressure. This point is especially good if you are feeling sick and nauseous from overeating.

CV6 -- It's located two finger widths below the belly button. You can press this point with fingertips. If the fingertip is too much, you can just press with your palm. Again press this point for one minute as you focus on deep breathing.

ST25 -- They are located three closed finger widths next and parallel to the belly button. You can press these points for one minute as you breathe deeply.

You can also massage your tummy by making circles in clockwise motion which is the direction of digestion. You will notice as you makes circles around the belly button you are stimulating those acupressure points.
